Criminal execution procuratorial organization has three major functions:firstly,it is to found illegal behavior;secondly,to correct illegal behavior;thirdly to prevent illegal.In 2012,the revised criminal procedure law vest procuratorial organs many new supervision function to further strengthen the above mentioned functions.But in the concrete procuratorial practice,there are still a lot of problemes.For instance,a criminal execution procuratorial supervision authority broad and understaffed problem,which hinder the normal function of criminal execution procuratorial agencies and lead to the criminal execution procuratorial agency benefit that can not fully revealed.This paper is firstly devoted to introduce the nature of procuratorial organ,responsibilities,specific business,meaning.On these grounds,This paper will try to expound the realization of the function of criminal execution procuratorial agency mechanism;Next,in combination with the judicial practice of criminal execution procuratorial agency,I will also emphatically analyz the plight of the criminal execution procuratorial agency,to perfect the criminal execution procuratorial supervision to find the sticking point of the four aspects,achieve the target;Finally,according to the reality of criminal execution procuratorial agency problem,This paper attempt to put forward four Suggestions.
