The Impact Of "Internet +" On People's Courts' Litigation Service Research

The rapid development of Internet technology has constantly changed people's production and life style.Simultaneously,it has a profound impact on China's social economy.New Era,the masses of the people put forward new demands on the work of the people's courts,the people's court is also actively follow the trend,it strives to enhance the level of judicial serve the people,in the litigation service work using Internet technology put forward a new concept:Internet plus litigation services.In order to achieve the people's diversified judicial needs,with the Internet technology,which can provide the people with more convenient,fast,efficient,high-quality litigation services.At Present,people 's courts at all levels are working to promote the construction of litigation service centers,the model has also been positively affirmed and promoted,but the integration of Internet technology and litigation services also need to sum up and improve the way through judicial practice.The author analyzes the influence of "Internet plus" on the litigation service of people 's court,as well as on the basis of judicial practice to write this paper.This paper is divided into five parts on the "Internet plus litigation services" has been studied.The first part introduces the background,purpose,meaning,content and method of this paper,and reference literature review.The second part outlines and defines the concepts related to "Internet +" and People's Court litigation services,it describes the object of study.The third part describes the history and current situation of the People's Court litigation services work,and introduced some examples of practice.The fourth part analyzes the influence of "Internet plus" on the litigation service of people's court and the Problems in the Process of Internet Service in Litigation Service.The fifth part of the author made a suggestion on the "Internet plus litigation services",in order to obtain a new development for the work of the people's courts.
