To enhance the work efficiency of public security organs and adapt to the needs of contemporary work,our government is vigorously promoting the "Golden Shield Project." An electronic and informationalized public secrurity system will provide the police officers with a real-time and convenient information support,which is of positive influence on fighting against and preventing crime.The mobile applications of the Golden Shield system are the breakthrough point of police electronic and mobile internet effective combination,which are also ungently required by the public security organs.Hence,the police mobile applications become the current research focus.In practice,the mobile phone will become the terminal equipment,undertaking a human-computer interaction function,while the wireless network will act as a bridge between the terminal and back-end services.The collocation of the mobile phone and the wireless network makes the public security police officers achieve to obtain the necessary information anytime and anywhere.Furthermore,the correct response can be made timely.With the spread of "Golden Shield Project",public security policemen are faced with the problem of information security while enjoying the high efficiency and convenience.Providing a reliable and stable security system becomes one of the key technologies.Meanwhile,it will provide scalable space for future applications.Based on the secure access design of the mobile police communication system,the paper focuses on the analysis and design of the data encryption communication and the specific security communication protocol in the secure access scheme.Firstly,the analysis starts from the necessity of data encryption technology and several kinds of common data encryption method.Based on the fast encryption of AES password system and the advantage that RSA public key cryptosystem does not need a secure channel to transfer key in advance,a hybrid encryption scheme with symmetric and asymmetric encryption technology combination is designed and proposed,which is suitable for secure access module of mobile police system and plays an important role in maintaining the safety of police mobile communication system.With JAVA language,the key operation interface of the mixed encryption system has been achieved.Truncation,interception,tampering,forgery and several other different attack methods were tested and analyzed in the actual environment.The result shows its encryption and good protection effect,which will provide a theoretical basis for the mobile police secure access system.Secondly,The first action of information interchange between mobile terminal and background server is the access operation of the entire public security system executed by terminal.Secure access is one of the bases of the system environment reliability assurance.Security issues of the equipment access must be seriously considered when the mobile system envrioment is designed,especially the mobile terminal equipment.Not only do we analyze the channel transmission protocol SSL in secure access technology,but also improve the defects and shortcomings of authentication mechanism.Eventually,the impoved technology has been applied efficiently in the actual mobile police system.Last but not least,in combination with the actual demand of the mobile police system,the client and server channel transmission protocol module is designed.In addition,a dual secure access security system is formed with a bottom layer using RSA and AES encryption and decryption,and online transmission through the SSL secure access.
