Research On Cloud Computing Application In The Chinese People’s Armed Police Force Informatization

Since the90’s of the last century, the rise of taking information technology asleading a new round of military revolution, which led to profound changes in all areasof military technology, organizational system, military theory and combat style,promoted the National Police Force combat upgrade in the world scope. At present,the human society has entered the information era. Information has become the moststriking feature of the era. Military powers in the world is stepping up the pace ofmilitary information construction. The new military revolution of information is thecore of the revolution in military affairs. Our country also put the construction ofmilitary information, winning the information-based war as the general goal ofmodernization.Cloud computing is regarded as the next revolution of the IT industry, will bringfundamental changes to the way of people work and business model. Grasping thedevelopment trend of cloud computing, clarifying cloud computing applicationmethod in the informatization construction, ensuring the security of cloud computing,has a very important practical significance to promote the informatizationconstruction of the CAPF（Chinese People’s Armed Police Force）.Firstly, the paper described the research background, analyzed situation andresearch field of the domestic and international, local and military cloud computing,put forward the research goal and the significance. Secondly, the paper summarizedthe basic concepts and characteristics of the cloud computing technology, illustratedtrending of cloud computing technology by the USA and China’s governments topromote the development of cloud computing. Thirdly, the paper studied the maincontents and analyzed comprehensively the current situation and existing problems ofthe CAPF’s informatization. Further, had carried on the analysis to the advantage ofcloud computing application in the CAPF’s informatization, put forward the directionof the cloud computing system construction of the CAPF, and designed the "cloudcomputing" programm of the police officer training center in TianJin. Finally pointedout the application problems that the CAPF should be paid attention to of cloudcomputing.
