On The Legal Supervision Of Hospital Ethics Review

The development of medical is inseparable from the biomedical research involving human beings and the experimental research involving human subjects.Because the study itself has certain risk,and people participate in dominant position,therefore,in the process of the development in the protection of medical research is not only to safeguard people's health,to improve the level of medical treatment,but also to protect the security and interests of the participants will not be infringed.This requires a particular subject,the ethics committee,to solve the problem.And the hospital ethics committee should carry out the ethical review work within the scope of the law,and accept the necessary legal supervision.How to ensure that hospital ethical review in accordance with the law in accordance with the rules,it will need to have a perfect legal system of supervision and guidance,to make the hospital ethical review can be carried out under the supervision,and the legal rights of the subjects can be better protected.In this thesis,the author introduces the generation and development of Hospital Ethics Committees in China and the necessity and relevant legal systems of ethical review.Then according to problems existing in current ethical review supervision,find out the reasons,and analyzed domestic and foreign advanced experience and practices,puts forward the specific countermeasures,so as to raise the legal review level of Hospital Ethics Committees and complete relevant legal supervision systems,to make our ethical review work within the limits prescribed by law,should be got due legal supervision.This thesis is composed of four parts.,The first part is about the generation and definition of hospital ethics committee in China,the second part is the present situation of the hospital ethics committee legal supervision in our country,In the third part,problems existing in the legal supervision of hospital ethical review are pointed out.the fourth part is the concretely countermeasures of perfecting our country's of ethical review legal supervision.
