A Probe Into The Ruling Ethics Of The Chinese Communist Party In The New Era

The purpose of this study is to clarify the theoretical and practical connotation of ethics of Chinese Communist Party in government in the new era.Within the basic theory structure created by our search,this paper will investigate at first the historical evolution of ethics of Chinese Communist Party in government.On this basis,this paper will focus on analyzing the development of ethics of government in the new era.In the context of the history of Chinese Communist Party and the modern history of China,the author will use the methods of historical analysis and logical analysis,combined with specific historical practice and related theories of political science and ethics to complete this task.In this paper,the development history of the Chinese Communist Party's ethics in government can be divided into the period of revolution?the period of transformation and construction?the period of reform and opening up(before the new era)and the new era.This paper will expand its subject respectively from three perspectives: the relationship of ruling party and people?the relationship of the ruling party and regime?the relationship of the ruling party and itself.The author find that the Chinese Communist Party's ethics in government display ethics of mission?ethics of institution and ethics of subject respectively in three perspectives above.From the view of historical development,the core principal of ethics of mission is " country's prosperity,nation's rejuvenation,and people's happiness ",the core principle of institution is "the institutionalizing of people's democracy",the core principle of ethics of subject is "the building of two vanguards".While entering the new era,ethics of Chinese Communist Party in government have been given lots of new content on the basis of insistence on all core principles.This paper argues that the Chinese Communist Party's ethics of government in different historical periods presents a kind of characteristics with both consistency and innovativeness.Ethical principles in the three fields keep adjusting and advancing with time while its core contents are eventually able to maintain and make more and more powerful effects.
