Thesis On Protection Of Children's Rights In School Violence

School violence is a serious threat to children's human rights.It endangers children's life and health urgently and also brings physical and psychological harm to children and seriously affects their survival and development.In order to curb campus violence,in 2016 the central government introduced the <Notice on the special treatment of school bullying> and<Guidance on the prevention and treatment of bullying and violence by primary and secondary school students>.However,the files have poor maneuverability and not distinguished the level of campus violence.There is no law in our country to prevent and deal with campus violence.Compared with the international standards set by Convention on the Rights of the Child and the the practice such as special laws and institutions of The United States,Japan and other countries to handle such events,our children's right is not ideal.In order to better protect the children's rights and to achieve the minimum requirements of the convention,adopt comparative study,value analysis and other methods,and combined with international standards for children's rights,to analyze the influence and harm of children's right to life and development and the measures to deal with the existing laws and policies in our country,we need do something.First of all,the spirit of the convention should be integrated into the whole prevention and treatment measures to establish the concept of protecting the human rights of children.Second,under this guidance,we need perfect relevant laws and regulations,give full play to the role of government and judicial organs,and strengthen the human rights of children,parents,schools and other social subjects.Thus,it can provide legal basis for the prevention and treatment of campus violence and strengthen the attention and protection of the whole society to the human rights of children,so as to better promote the development of children's rights.
