Research On Legislation To Protect Children From School Bullying

"School bullying" is a form of violence against children.School bullying has been neglected for a long time because it occurs between children,which has caused the behavior to be repeatedly banned,and has even caused children to learn about bullying and social discrimination.This article attempts to examine the serious harm to children of "school bullying" within the framework of the protection of children's human rights and the lack of relevant domestic legislation leading to low levels of child protection.Effective prevention and control of school bullying should be based on international child human rights standards.It is necessary to formulate a special anti-school bullying law and the legal system connected to it,as well as improve the existing juvenile justice system,punish and educate probation bullies,prevent bullying,and protect children from bullying in school.
