Research On Non-governmental Organization Management In Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture

China is a multi-ethnic country.National unity and national stability are major issues concerning the country.With the establishment of our country's reform and opening up,especially the establishment of China's socialist market economy system,the functions of the government have undergone more significant changes.The development of non-governmental organizations has,to a certain extent,made up for the lack of functions of the local government and can be better realized.The positive interaction between the government and society satisfies the needs of democratic participation of citizens in ethnic regions and promotes the development of their social areas.However,not all non-governmental organizations play an active role,and some are infiltrated by foreign criminals.Non-governmental organizations also need to pay attention.Therefore,those non-government organizations that have benefited the country and the society will help the ethnic minority people get rid of poverty,promote the unity of the ethnic regions and social stability.This article mainly uses the Dali Baizu Autonomous Prefecture as an example,focusing on the activities of non-governmental organizations in this ethnic minority area of ??Dali and the government departments of non-governmental organizations in the region,and using the large amount of detailed information and data gathered in the Dali Prefecture Bureau of Civil Affairs in the previous period.Information,to analyze the development status of NGOs in Dali Prefecture,and to analyze the problems that government departments have in managing non-governmental organizations through later social surveys,to profoundly analyze the causes of problems in the management of non-governmental organizations,and finally propose to optimize Dali Prefecture.The management of non-governmental organizations' recommendations is expected to provide some useful lessons for the management of non-governmental organizations in the government departments of Dali Prefecture.The innovation of this paper lies in the combination of relevant theories of non-governmental organizations and relevant theories and methods of Marxist national theories and policies.It studies the development and management of non-governmentalorganizations in ethnic areas,mainly through the Bureau of Civil Affairs of Dali Prefecture and Dali Prefecture.The typical non-governmental organizations conducted case studies to understand the role played by these non-governmental organizations,especially the role they played in promoting the development of Dali Prefecture's economy and national culture,and to study the problems existing in the operation of these non-governmental organizations.To address the issue,consider the way out for the management of non-governmental organizations in Dali Prefecture,and provide some suggestions for the management of non-governmental organizations in minority areas in the new era.
