A Comparative Study On The United Front Legislation Of China And Vietnam

Vietnam's front is the united front of Vietnam,and he has assembled almost all of the uniformed forces and uniformed groups in Vietnam.In the process of establishing and developing the republic of Vietnam,the national front of Vietnam made a significant contribution to the establishment and development of the Vietnamese socialist republic.After the establishment of the socialist republic of Vietnam,in order to further promote Vietnam's national front to build the socialist construction of Vietnam,Vietnam carried out a series of legislation,from the constitution to the special united front legislation and even the various departments,to realize the legalization of the united front.In our country,the united front in the process of the establishment of new China and the history of the building also play an important role,But our country's legislation of the united front has been in a state of relatively lack,on the one hand,our constitution for the united front organization rules more general principle,on the other hand we also lack of special legislation on united front.The advance of the rule of law is inseparable from the perfection of the legislation.There are many similarities between China and Vietnam in the work of the united front.However,the legislation of Vietnam's unified war is more complete than that of our country.I suggest that the legislation of the united front should be improved in accordance with the national conditions of China.United front legislation in our country is faced with the lack of legal and institutional guarantee,such problems as lack of unified warfare special laws as a whole,we need to improve the provisions of the constitution in the united front,a dedicated united front law as soon as possible,in order to realize the legalization of united front work as soon as possible,so can make the united front for the cause of socialism construction of our country to provide political support and social forces.
