The occurrence of the subprime mortgage crisis has not only brought a serious impact on the United States, but has also brought a heavy blow to the EU and other capitalist countries and even to the world's economy and finance.Scholars and experts from various countries in the world analyzed and studied the financial crisis and believed that one of the root causes of the subprime crisis is the shadow banking system. In the context of policy preferences and internet finance,China's shadow banking has also experienced rapid development. However, our country's shadow banking system is relatively backward compared to the international shadow banking system. At the same time,it is accompanied by too high leverage, opaque information, and insufficient liquidity. Therefore, while shadow banking is developing,it may also be accompanied by a series of risks and problems that affect the entire financial market. At present, our country is facing a series of challenges such as economic downturn, financial non-mediation,market-based interest rates and the expansion of Internet finance. We need to use the vision of reform and development in the face of these situations. To this end, when we study the issue of shadow banking,we must not only see its positive impact on China's economy and finance. At the same time,we cannot avoid the potential risks of shadow banking. With the accelerating pace of financial globalization and the continuous development of financial product innovation, shadow banking is an effective complement to China's formal financial institutions and financial system and has played an important role. However, the regulation of shadow banking by China's financial sector is not strictly regulated by commercial banks.Once a problem arises,it is prone to systemic risks, which will affect the overall financial stability. This article uses the methods of comparative analysis,cross-analysis,and literature analysis to study the supervision of shadow banking. This article analyzes the connotation and characteristics of domestic and foreign shadow banks, defines the scope of our country's shadow banking, and summarizes the current status and existing problems of domestic shadow banking supervision.Through the analysis of shadow banking supervision measures by international financial institution organizations and other developed countries, combined with China's regulatory status, effective risk prevention measures and supervision systems are proposed.Based on the objective evaluation of shadow banking, the supervision system will be further improved and the development of shadow banking and risk management will be balanced.Using the concepts of“prudential supervision” and “behavioral supervision” in a comprehensive manner, the development of shadow banking is supervised both at the macro and micro levels. It is emphasized that the supervision of shadow banking should focus on pre-regulation,and establish a system for risk identification and early warning of shadow banking, and conduct real-time supervision of the possible risks of shadow banking, and prevent and control the systematic risks of shadow banking beforehand.
