Investigation Report On Settlement Mechanism Of Rural Civil Disputes In Northeast China

In the socialist society Chinese characteristics of the construction process,key to rejuvenating northeast old industrial base,occupies a pivotal position,while the northeast rural area is one of the major factors affecting the revitalization of Northeast China.With the development of society of the northeast,the Northeast social structure changing,the rural areas of the northeast of the dispute has changed.Can not be ignored is that the rural areas of the northeast to resolve disputes both affect the economic development of northeast area,to the northeast of the law The construction of the system and the stability and development of the northeast region.At present,some scholars have demonstrated to the rural areas and solve the disputes on the basis of interest.This paper will study in the scholars,in a village in Dashiqiao city of Liaoning Province as the research sample,only for the Northeast China rural disputes respectively from the status quo of rural civil disputes and civil disputes to solve the current situation of operation system are analyzed,and put forward can improve the rural disputes settlement mechanism from the northeast:First of all,the study of any problem can not be divorced from the thing itself,so it is necessary to introduce the status of civil disputes in the local area first.The development characteristics of the research object,and explain the characteristics of Northeast China as the research sample has,and the type of local social disputes,characteristics and reasons.Secondly,the village of A,the existing local litigation dispute resolution mechanism,cohesion in the non litigation dispute settlement mechanism as well as the two,and then analysis the characteristics.According to the analysis of the status quo,the study on the influence of the local villagers,choose the type of dispute resolution and the existence of factors,the current situation of the problems and deficiencies.Finally,from the perfect civil dispute settlement mechanism of the rural areas of the northeast,the three aspects of the principles and specific measures is discussed.In conclusion,we hope that we can inspire the legal system in Liaoning and even the whole northeast of China,and promote the effective link between national laws and northeast rural construction,so as to revitalize the rule of law in Northeast China.
