With the in-depth application of Internet technology,the traditional consumer finance scene in China is changing and reconstructing,and the Internet consumer credit has emerged,and has achieved great development in a short period of time.As one of the main models,e-commerce Internet consumption credit has particularity in the content of legal subject and legal relationship.In the context of our country consumer credit market scale growth,consumer credit with the characteristics of the Internet,the Internet broke through the constraints of time and space,for the release of the national consumption potential,perfecting the financial market structure,realize the pratt &whitney finance is of major significance.However,China's e-commerce Internet consumption credit is in the initial stage of rapid development,and the operational mode lacks stability,and many legal and financial risks become increasingly prominent.On legal issues,our country for the legal status of e-commerce Internet consumption credit has no clear positioning,legal subject legal obligations and legal liability is not clear,e-commerce Internet consumption credit platform of legal regulation is not perfect.In this paper,with "Ant check later" as an example,the analysis of the reality of a few big electric business platform for the innovation of the consumer credit model,based on this research the composition of the electric business class Internet consumer credit and the legal relationship,and targeted to the development of all kinds of risks ideas and legal regulation Suggestions were proposed.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the basic theory of e-commerce Internet consumer credit.This part firstly introduces the meaning of Internet consumer credit,which further leads to the connotation and characteristics of e-commerce Internet consumption credit.Then,from the policy documents and academic materials,the development status of e-commerce Internet consumption credit is further summarized,and the consumption credit operation mode of the typical e-commerce giant is compared and analyzed in the end.The second part-analysis of legal relationship in e-commerce Internet consumption credit.The running mode of the parts according to the first part,combined with the professional knowledge of law,points out that e-commerce Internet consumer credit law involved in various legal relationships between main body,has been clear about the e-commerce Internet the legal status of the Internet consumer credit.The third part-analysis of the risk analysis of e-commerce Internet consumer credit.This part reveals some problems and risks in the development of e-commerce Internet consumer credit business.This paper aims to study the regulation and regulation of e-commerce Internet consumer credit,and explore how to make recommendations for the treatment of the disease.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the root causes of existing risks.The fourth part--the legal regulation of the personal consumption credit of e-commerce.This part aims to make Suggestions on the legal regulation of e-commerce Internet consumer credit.The focus of this paper is to analyze the problem from the perspective of law,and put forward regulation suggestions according to specific risks.This paper proposes suggestions from the perspective of legislation,supervision,relief and guarantee system,so as to make the market of e-commerce Internet consumer credit in the gray area of the government under the regulation of law.
