Study On The Model Worker's Education Of The Communist Party Of China In Yan'an Period

A model worker is a model,a demonstration,and a guide to the labor attitude of the masses.The advanced deeds of model workers can appeal to the people,and the outstanding qualities of model workers can lead the social customs.In Yan'an period,in order to mobilize the masses of the people to actively participate in the Anti-Japanese War,the founding of the People's Republic of China and the mass production movement of military and civilian workers,the Communist Party of China mobilized the masses by building model worker and launched a vigorous education of model workers.In Yan'an period,the labor education of the Communist Party of China served as a new organizational form and working method for the development of production and various construction work in the border areas.It played a positive role in stimulating the development of mass production,changing the attitudes towards labor and moral concepts,and leading the social customs.In modern times,winning the Chinese dream of fully building an all-around well-off society and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation must rely on China's hundreds of millions of working people.As an outstanding representative of the working people,labor model needs to play an important role in motivating and driving the masses.Therefore,the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics still requires the Communist Party of China to develop the model worker's education.From this perspective,it is of great modern significance to thoroughly study the model worker's education of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an period.The Yan'an period was a specific period in the history of the Communist Party of China.This article studies the model worker's education of the Communist Party of China in this context.On the basis of respecting historical facts and fully examining historical facts,The generation of the model worker's education—the content of the model worker's education—the method of themodel worker's education—the value of the model worker's education is the framework for research.The paper includes six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction of the whole paper,which mainly introduces the research purpose and significance of the paper,research status,research ideas and research methods of this paper,at the same time,interprets the related concepts of the paper,so as to delimit the object scope and time of the research in this paper.It lays the foundation of the following chapters.The second chapter to the fourth chapter is the main part of the paper,analyzing the three steps of the operation of the model worker's education.The second chapter mainly analyzes the generation of the model worker's education of the Communist Party of China from the background of the Anti-Japanese War of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the mass production of military and civilian workers,and the favorable conditions for the Chinese Communist Party to carry out the model worker's education at home and abroad.The third chapter summarizes the contents of the model worker's education in Yan'an period from three aspects:model skill education,model quality education and model politics education.The fourth chapter analyzes the ways and means of the Communist Party of China for the model worker's education from where and how the Communist Party of China develops effective model education.The fifth chapter is the summary part of the paper,summarizing the historical value and the contemporary value of the model worker's education in Yan'an period.From the perspective of world outlook and methodology,it learns and draws lessons from the model worker's education in Yan'an period to make a bigger contribution.The sixth chapter makes a general review and summary of the model worker's education of the Communist Party of China during the Yan'an period.The main research conclusions of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1)The Communist Party of China mobilized and educated the masses by building model worker in Yan'an period,finally achieving the goal of developing production and supporting the war of resistance,and at the same time promoting the development of border education and flourishing cultural progress in the border region.(2)In the new era,to comprehensively deepen reform,build a well-to-do society in an all-round way,and realize the Chinese dream of a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it is necessary to play a leading role in thedevelopment of model worker,foster great country craftsmen and carry forward the spirit of model workers.
