Research On The Propaganda And Education Of Coal Miners In Kailuan By The Communist Party Of China In The Early Days Of The Founding Of The Party

After the founding of the Communist Party of China,the Communists realized the importance of the working class.The first National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "the central task after the founding of the party is to organize trade unions and educate workers.".Although the working class is a powerful force in the Chinese revolution,because the working class mainly comes from the bankrupt peasants,and its political consciousness is very weak,the party began to carry out propaganda and education to the working class around the central task of anti imperialism and anti feudalism,so as to wake up the national consciousness,class consciousness and revolutionary consciousness of the workers.The policies and methods of propaganda and education of the working class put forward in this period not only promoted the revolution at that time,but also provided some reference for the ideological and political education of the working class.The education of the working class is a key issue concerning the Chinese revolution and construction.Relying on the profound necessity and realistic possibility,at the beginning of the founding of the party,the Chinese Communists carried out propaganda and education work in Kailuan with rich content,various forms and fruitful results,which played an important role in mobilizing and organizing the majority of coal miners to participate in the revolutionary movement.This paper discusses the experience and law of the party’s early publicity and education through the study of the reasons,contents,methods and problems of the party’s early publicity and education of Kailuan coal mine workers.we should pay attention to the education of Marxist theory,the education of national revolution against imperialism and warlords,the education of unity and cultural quality;we should take night school,civilian school and other classroom teaching as the main channel,and combine the field investigation,newspapers,ballads,slogans and other multiple ways;in terms of effectiveness,we should pay attention to the education of Marxist theory,It promoted the transformation of coal miners from the free class to the self serving class,enhanced the development of the armed forces,trained and trained a number of workers’ movement cadres,and made beneficial contributions to the later revolutionary struggle.
