At present, there have been many studies on corporate social responsibility at home and abroad. In China, there are more than 30,000 online search related to corporate social responsibility,so this seems to be no longer a hot topic.Respecting human rights and safeguarding human rights have become the trend of the times and reflect the common aspirations of the people of the world. Therefore, human rights is still a hot topic in the academic community. But now,a growing number of scholars begin to focus on a specific field. As for the research about sports law,the most of them are confined to studies on sports clubs, sports industry and sports market research, sports dispute resolution mechanisms and legal responsibilities, sports corruption, etc. In China, there are on a few researches related to Internationa Sports Orgnizations.Even if there are, most of them are concentrated in the field of the management system and structure of international sports organizations and the reference to China's sports legal system construction. However, there is onlt a few discussions about the relationship between international sports organizations and human rights. In 2016,John G.Ruhhie wrote a report entitled "FOR THE GAME.FOR THE WORLD." FIFA and Human Rights. But this report just analyse the human rigthts related to FIFA.So this is not universal.Based on the analogy method, this paper will analyze the human rights responsibilities of international organizations from the perspective of corporate human rights obligation and try to innovate in both theory and practice.Besides, this paper does not intend to analyze international sports organizations social responsibility. After all, social responsibility is a broader perspective. So,it intends to analyze in perspective of human rights responsibility. It has to be acknowledged that social responsibility and human rights responsibility are not symmetric concepts, but at the very least, human rights responsibilities should be included in the concept of social responsibility. At the same time, corporates and international sports organizations are similar in many ways.In the current context of economic globalization and sports globalization, although enterprises and international sports organization are not the subject of international law, their various activities are deeply affecting themselves and the society. On the one hand, enterprises have made great contributions to the development of the global economy through production and management. However,as social organization, enterprises also have the obvious social feature.Their various behaviors can affect the development of society, and at the same time, the social environment will determine the survival and developmnt of the enterprises.Enterprises are losing their concern on the public interest whnen they seek the maxiumum benefits, they often pollute the environment, waste resources and violate human rights.International sports organizations have played a positive role in promoting the development of international sports laws and international sports practices as well as in maintaining international sports order. However, due to their strong commercialization and the lack of internal autonomy, international sports organizations have triggred various social problems, including human rights issues.According to the "Stakeholder Theory,"interprises should be accountable to consumers, empployees and other stakeholders.Because the enterprises and International sports organizations have similar internal structures, the theory can also provide some guidance for sports organizations so as to adress human rights concerns. In this paper, the first chapter is is mainly related to the definition of corporate social responsibility, international sports organizations, and human rights, including the concepts, subjects, and objects of corporate social responsibility, the concept, characteristics, legal personality, and human rights of international sports organizations. The second chapter is related to the definition of human rights responsibilities of international sports organizations, including the main body of responsibility, the object of responsibility andthe basis of responsibility. The third chapter is about the analysis of human rights violations by international sports organizations, including the manifestations and causes of human rights violations. The fourth chapter is about the governance of human rights issues in international sports organizations. It mainly puts forward opinions on internal governance and external governance. The sixth chapter is the reference to the governance of human rights issues in domestic sports organizations.
