Research On The Engineering Ethics And The Strategy In Engineering Construction

Engineering construction activities is a basic social practice activities.Because of the complexity of the engineering construction activities,such as in the practice of quality,safety,environment,there exits a series of problems in construction activities.With The requirement of the engineering construction become higher and higher,it was no longer advocating bold type mode of economic development,but the pursuit a kind of new type of development with saving,environmental protection and sustainable development.In the process of engineering construction,it was not only pay attention to the economic benefits,also pay attention to the influence of the construction of ecological environment.From the new perspective-the perspective of outstanding engineers,the paper applied ethics in the engineering construction for discuss the problems,as quality,safety,environmental protection and social impact.Firstly,the research status at home and abroad were analyzed.Based on comparison and analysis the domestic and foreign about the cultivation of outstanding engineers and engineering ethics question,the paper found that the research of engineering ethics is less in China.Secondly,the paper introduced the relevant theoretical basis.According to the content of the paper,in this part,the paper introduced the connotation of engineering,the definition of the definition of outstanding engineers and ethical issues.Then paper simply stated the research article with the help of the theory of system,mainly included the Consequences theory,Obligations theory and Contract theory.The paper analyzed the rationality and necessity of the ethics and basic principles.Thirdly,based on the perspective of outstanding engineers,the paper analyzed the ethical issues in the engineering construction.The government paid attention to "Outstanding Engineers Training Plan",and the cultivation of outstanding engineers is an effective means to solve many problems and difficulties in engineering construction field.In the perspective of outstanding engineers,the paper analyzed the problems in the engineering construction,such as quality,safety,environment and social ethical issues,The common problems in the engineering construction has carried on the induction,classification and summary in the paper.Fourth,some strategies were proposed aiming at solving the problems existing in the engineering construction.Different problems in the engineering construction activities should be analyzed from a different perspective and different responsibility bodies.According to different problems,paper put forward different solutioins.Paper list some measures,as strengthen the construction of quality supervision,reduce the safety risk in the project construction,strengthen the construction of environmental protection consciousness and pay attention to the construction of social impact.Finally,the paper provide a case analysis.Through an actual case,the paper analyzed the causes of safety accidents,in the view of the outstanding engineers and engineering ethics.
