Research On Xi Jinping's Thoughts On Full And Strict Governance Over The Party

Full and strict governance over the Party is an important part of President Xi Jinping's new ideas,thoughts and strategies to govern the country.It covers political construction,ideological construction,organizational construction,work style construction and institutional construction of the Party,and it forms a systemic,open and developing thought system.It is a faithful inheritance of Marxism on the construction theory of proletarian party and the thoughts on CPC construction by several generations of Chinese communists represented by Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao.It is also the development and innovation from the above theories and thoughts.It achieves a new leap of CPC's thoughts and theories to manage and govern the Party in the new era,and it is a program of action and theoretical guideline for guiding the construction of the Party at present and for a long historical period in the future.Since the 18 th National Congress,and with the proposal and effective implementation of Xi Jinping's thought on full and strict governance over the Party,a great project of Party building has been smoothly promoted,an upright and clean political ecology has been put and is being putting into place,making the image of the Party more brilliant,governing capacity enhanced and governing position more solid.Therefore,it has theoretical and realistic significance for studying on and exploring into Xi Jinping's thought on full and strict governance over the Party with the connection to the practice of President Xi's thought on governing the country,especially the practice of comprehensively strengthening Party governance.The thesis elaborates on Xi Jinping's thought on full and strict governance over the Party from five aspects.The first part “introduction” explains the background and meaning of this study,systemically enumerates the status of domestic and international studies on the topic and points out the research approaches and innovations.The second part analyzes the theoretical source of full and strict governance over the Party,including the theories relating to the idea from classical Marxist writers,and several thoughts on CPC construction from Chinese communists represented by Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao.The third part elaborates on the background of the idea on full and strict governance over the Party,including domestic factors and international influences.In this part,the author expounds the main contents of full and strict governance over the Party,including some aspects such as ideological construction,political construction,system construction,cadre management and usage,grassroots organizational construction,work style construction,anti-corruption construction and discipline construction.In the fourth part,the author elucidates the significance and practical experiences of full and strict governance over the Party.It is held by the author that this thought guides the direction of Party construction,and it serves as the realistic choice and inevitable requirement to respond to challenges,conquer dangers,and strengthen capabilities;at the same time,the author summarizes the experiences and implications of Xi Jinping's thoughts on full and strict governance over the Party and points out its profound influence on governing the country and the Party.In the fifth part,the author concludes the research on full and strict governance over the Party,pointing out the further improvements needing to be made in the future.
