Research On The Rights Protection Of Abused Children In China

In recent years,incidents of child abuse have been frequent.From child abuse in Nanjing to child abuse in Shanghai,to the "Beijing red,yellow,blue and child abuse" incident in the country,child abuse has gradually become a prominent social problem.Child abuse not only directly damages children's physical and mental health,but also brings profound effects to families,brings bad effects to social security,and makes progress in the rule of law and human civilization ashamed.The rights protection mechanism of abused children is faced with new tests and new difficulties,which need to be improved.Our country always attach importance to the protection of the rights of the child,"constitution" established the basic spirit of child protection,"criminal law","civil law","law of protection of minors","marriage law" from different angles,establish the basic principles of child protection in different protection paths.But even so,there are still many problems in the protection of children's rights and interests in China.In view of the above problems in the protection of the rights of abused children,it is suggested that we should continuously strengthen the protection of children's rights and interests in three aspects,namely,improving legislation,strengthening judicature and building up supporting mechanisms.The full text is divided into four parts besides preface and conclusion.The first part focuses on the judicial status of child abuse.From the introduction of typical child abuse cases,the types and sources of child abuse events are introduced,and the harm of child abuse events is summarized.The second part introduces the legislation status of the abuse of child abuse in China.The third part is based on the judicial status quo and legislation status of child abuse.It points out that there are many problems in the protection of abused children's rights.The fourth part puts forward the idea of improving the right protection mechanism of abused children based on the comprehensive text.We hope to build a more standardized and specific protection mechanism through in-depth analysis of the problem of abused children,so that children's healthy growth and social progress can be made in an all-round way.
