Research On The Protection Of Battered Children In China

As the hope and future of the country,children deserve to be respected and protected by the whole society.However,in recent years,child abuse incidents have occurred frequently,causing children to suffer physical and mental torture and constantly touch the bottom line of morality and law.It is imperative to strengthen the prevention of child abuse in advance and to regulate it in law afterwards to protect children from harm.More and more child abuse incidents show that the problem of child abuse is already very serious,threatening the peace of children and the society as a whole,and impeding the progress of the rule of law civilization.Therefore,it is urgent to take measures to prevent and regulate them so that children can stay away from harm.For a long time,China has invested a lot of energy in the protection of children's rights and interests,and at the same time has achieved some results in legislation.For example,the Constitution establishes the basic principles and basic directions for the protection of children's rights and interests.The Law on the Protection of Minors defines the basic methods and basic contents for the protection of children's rights and interests.The Criminal Code and the General Principles of the Civil Law are even more stipulated the legal consequences of violations of children's rights.Despite this,there are still some shortcomings in the prevention and control of child abuse incidents and the protection of the rights and interests of abused children in China.This paper attempts to make some suggestions for the protection of abused children in our country by analyzing the existing deficiencies.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the text includes four parts.The first part analyzes the current situation of child abuse in China from the typical child abuse case,and analyzes the deep-seated causes of child abuse incidents.The second part analyzes the existing measures and shortcomings of protecting abused children in China.The third part introduces the prevention and control of child abuse incidents and the methods and measures to protect the abused children in other countries such as the United States,the United Kingdom and Hong Kong,with a view to providing relevant experience for China to improve relevant legal measures.On the basis of summarizing the full text,the fourth part focuses on the investigation of the child abuse control incident,the protection of the rights of the abused children,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the future protection of children's rightsand interests.All in all,the author hopes to build a child abuse prevention and control system and a bailout mechanism for battered children in line with China's development status.
