The Research Of The Corruption Risk And Its Prevention And Control Mechanism In Yichun Local Taxation Bureau

Corruption is a common problem in the world today.The situation of China’s anti-corruption struggle is still serious and complicated.Since the Eighteenth National Congress,the central leadership resolutely punished corruption by taking strong medicine and a heavy code.The local tax department has the power of tax enforcement,and the tax officials exercise the right to levy taxes.It is very difficult to avoid the risk of corruption.It’s necessary for the healthy development of the local tax cause to strengthen the work of combating corruption and build a clean government and enhance cadres’ sense of honesty and self-discipline.The risk prevention and control management has found a combination of the modern management theory,such as the risk management,the total quality management and so on,and the anti-corruption work,.It provides a better new way for the effective prevention of corruption.This article combs the relevant theories of risk management and total quality management.On the basis of analyzing the risk points of local tax posts,this paper further illustrates the form of risk and the possibility of the outbreak,and expounds the necessity of the local tax departments to carry out the risk prevention and control.Then it introduces the experience of Fujian Local Taxation Bureau,Wenchang Local Taxation Bureau and Nantong Local Taxation Bureau to carry out the anti-corruption risk prevention and control,and demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the anti-corruption risk prevention and control.This paper focuses on the main methods of promoting the construction of the risk prevention and control mechanism in Yichun Local Taxation Bureau,as well as the achievements and problems of this work.And it puts forward four aspects of the proposal about improving corruption risk control mechanism,which is to strengthen the management of the post and clean government,and to reduce the clean government risk space,and to build an effective supervision system,and to build an effective supervision system.By strengthening the anti-corruption mechanism of clean government,we will improve prevention and control of corruption and promote the healthy development of the local tax department.
