Public legal information is an important part of the right to know,its theory is derived from the natural rights,and the theory of social contract theory and the judicial democracy theory system,to guarantee citizens' basic rights,balance of state power has important legal value.China's legislature and judicial organs for judicial public right to know in the aspect of legal protection for the numerous legal documents,to promote the public,safeguard social justice of the public right to know has played an important role.Although the guarantee mechanism of our country's judicial public right to know gradually improve,but more is to emphasize the public task of judicial organs in our country,but in our times such a right,from the perspective of judicial public open,establish the public's legal right to know is the need of the development of modern justice,and the rights of the citizens to participate in the activities of judicial basis,so the study of the judicial system of information disclosure,should be "power standard" to "right standard" transformation.By using the experience of other countries for public legal information security,the analysis of present situation and existing problems of the protection of justice to the public right to know,on this basis,the clear public legal information conflict with the interests of other rights,set up the public judicial safeguard of right to know.We should improve the protection of the right to know the public right from the aspects of legislation,judicial publicity,public opinion supervision and right relief.At present,it is urgent to make further research on judicial right to know,to clarify the position of judicial right to know in the right system,and to put forward specific measures to protect the right to know the right of the public.The public judicial right to know should be taken as the means of judicial publicity,promote the publicity of judicial activities,and promote the realization of justice in visible form.
