Research On Sexual Assault Juvenile Delinquency

The cases of sexual assault on juveniles are frequent in China.In2017,378 cases of sexual abuse children(under 14 years old)reported by the mainland media(including the procuratorate,the court's official website and the account of public certification)were 378 cases,and the victims were more than 606.Compared with the western countries,there are still great shortcomings in the law against such crimes in China.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze sexual assault on juvenile delinquency,analyze legal defects and put forward suggestions for improvement,and constantly improve our laws against juvenile delinquency.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of sexual assault juvenile delinquency,analyzes the historical evolution and harmfulness of such crimes,and introduces the current situation and characteristics of sexual assault juvenile delinquency in China.It is also pointed out that the protection of juveniles from sexual invasion is an important step in protecting the rights of minors.The second part is the extraterritorial investigation and reference of the crime of sexual invasion of minors.It was pointed out that combating such crimes was a common problem of the international community.Through the legislative analysis of different countries to deal with juvenile delinquency,we draw the experience that our country can draw lessons from the law,focus on dealing with cases,pay attention to the protection of victims' rights and form three points of defense system.The third part is the analysis of the status and defects of criminal legislation for juvenile delinquency in China.It is pointed out that there are three defects in our country when we deal with this kind of crime,such as imperfect criminal system,insufficient prevention and unsound relief system.The fourth part is China's Countermeasures to combat sexual assault on juvenile delinquency,including three aspects: improving the construction ofcriminal law,strengthening the protection of victims' criminal justice and social risk management.
