The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that the current anti-corruption struggle is still grim and complicated.The determination to consolidate the crushing tide and win overwhelming victory must be solid as a rock.At present,Chinahas entered the decisive stage in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.We should ensure every dimension of governance is law-based.At the same time,the society changes with each passing day,and the goal of industrial transformation and upgrading is achieved,so that the needs of different social interest groups are diversified.However,anti-corruption situation is still grim,and the public is deeply disgusted with official corruption.Officials have a lot of resources and distribution rights as well as the discretionary power of examination and approval.Because of the lack of a sound supervision and punishment mechanism,loose thoughts and greed of officials open the doors to the bribers.Then,these officials will accept the profits.The bribers have come up with various methods to befriend corrupt officials and earn higher profits in using preferences and vulnerability of corrupt officials.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first part of the chapter one introduces the research background,significance,research methods and concept definition.The chapter two analyzes the conditions of bribery from the perspective of research on the current briber.The Chapter three deeply analyzes the psychology of corrupt officials and analyzes the process during which they take the bait step by step in face of the power in their hands and temptation.From the perspective of the officials themselves and the bribers,the chapter 4 designs a strict disciplinary prevention mechanism,which proposes methods such as high-pressure punishment,and strengthening the legal constructionand moral and law-abiding culture construction,and buils a mechanism that officials dare not,can not,and do not want to corrupt.What's more,the political and cultural atmosphere that the social public does not dare to send,can not send,and does not want to send,and really put power in the cage of institutions.The chapter five is the conclusion and the outlook section.
