Research On Prosecutorial Supervision Of Community Correction In M City

As a kind of non-custodial sentence execution method,community corrections,the People's Prosecutorial is responsible for the procuratorial supervision of community corrections.Furthermore,with the deepening of the reform of the national monitoring system and the separation of the power of investigation of duty crimes from the procuratorial function,the supervision of the litigation phase is further strengthened.The topic of community corrections and prosecution supervision has been studied by many scholars before this time.However,problems raised by scholars such as detachment,missing pipes,virtual management and uncorrected problems still exist today.Scholars proposed many years ago.The solution has still not been implemented.Based on the above issues,the research group of the author visited the M city twice in July 2016 and July 2017 respectively for investigation and in July 2017 as an intern to observe the procuratorial agency's community corrections.Through in-depth investigations at the basic level,I tried to find out the reasons why the problems could not be solved and I hoped to find solutions to the problems from the causes.This article is divided into two sections: the introduction and the text.The content of the text consists of four parts: the first part is the introduction of the basic theory of community corrections and inspection supervision;the second part is the description of the status quo of the M city community corrections inspection supervision based on the empirical research materials,including the community inspection of minors.The third part is based on the analysis of the status quo in the second part of the M city community corrections prosecution supervision;the last part is in view of the analysis of the third part of the problem and the fourth part of the useful experience of the outside world for reference,and put forward some suggestions for improving the supervision of community corrections.
