Study On The Protection And Relief System Of Young Girl Sexual Abuse Victim

In recent years,the cases of sexual abuse the young girls have been exposed frequently to the public,which arouse people's wide concern.The main focuses are how to punish the Criminals,prevent and reduce the occurrence of such cases.However,the protection and remedy of young girls as victims are ignored.The young girls have characteristics of immature mentality,easy to be cheated,the body is developing,lack of resistance.Those make them to be the primary object of the criminals.It is also due to the young girls' psychology and body are growing.Both psychological and physical strikes would affect all lifetime of the young girl victims after they are sexual assaulted.Thus,the special protection and the relief should be affording to the young girls as victims.This dissertation analyze the status of the young girl victims' rights cannot be guaranteed nowadays,unfavorable situation in daily life and study after they are sexual assaulted.For protecting the rights and interests of young girl victims,maintaining the credibility of the judiciary,it should provide relief to the young girl victims.There are four parts in the dissertation.The first part explains the basic concept and analyze the present status.It mainly introduces what is sexual crimes and young girl sexual crimes.It also illustrates victims and the victim groups.Additionally,the basic traits of young girl sexual abuse are analyzed in chart,including the the criminals and victims are known well,the criminals commit crimes repeatedly.At last,it introduces the victims' unfair treatment and unfavorable situation after suffering of the victims.The second part illustrate the concepts and contents of remedies f of young girls as sexual crime victims.And also state its theoretical basis,which include human rights protection,maximization children's interests,feminist,restorative justice.As last,it explains the significance of remedies young girl sexual abuse victims.it beneficial to protect human rights,enhancing the protection of female and child,maintaining the judicial credibility.The third part reveals the problems exist in the relief of young girl sexual abuse victim,which are ignore the relief of young girl as victim,the rights of young girl victim cannot be guaranteed.As last,it analyzes the obstacle of young girl victim relief,lack of stable financial source,absence of specialized law for young girl victim relief,without the specialized organization for implement of young girl victim relief.The last part proposes the conception of young girl sexual abuse victim relief.At first,the young girl victim's rights should be guaranteed,including litigation participation rights,the rights to know and privacy rights.Next,it clearly states the method for the relief of young girl as victim,which are legal aid,psychological counseling,medical treatment for physical injury.there also some advice for the relief fund source.The legislation should be improved for achieving effective young girl victim relief,the specialized institution should also be established.
