The sexual crime which is a very important branch of crimes,has a very bad influence on the victim,the victim's family and the society,and sexual assault on minors is even more serious.Sexual assault makes minors suffer serious physical and psychological injures,minors can' t grow up healthily and happily and are difficult to become useful persons.For victims' families,they not only has to undertake huge costs on victims,physical and psychological treatment,but also are under huge mental and psychological pressure brought about by the public opinion around,there are nonstop quarrels in the family which is filled with suppressed and angry atmosphere,all of which are completely harmful to the family's harmony and stability and may even make happy family fall apart.Some minor victims may have thoughts on revenging the society,which will trigger crimes or more severe violent crimes and seriously threaten social harmony and stability.Based on the collecting materials,this paper will present the criminal conception of sex abuse to teenagers.This paper will discuss the criminal character,category and causes of sex abuse to teenagers and at the same time,analysis a new type of sex abuse to teenagers,website sex abuse.Based on the previous discussions,the writer will put forward some suggestions to prevent teenagers from being sex abuse.Studying the crime of sexual assault on minors and refining the crime characteristics will help reduce the occurrence of such crimes in social life.Through research,high-risk victim groups can be focused on and educated,and their self-protection awareness and ability can be strengthened.At the same time,parents and schools teach minors to identify characteristics of high chance of assault subject and stay away from dangerous sources,more regulations and supervisions to the website will purify the growth environment to teenagers and decrease the rate of website sex abuse.To take a step back,even if minors suffer sexual assault unluckily,the odds that minors conceal the fact due to fears,shyness and other psychological conditions can be minimized as far as possible,so that problems can be solved in a timely manner.On the other hand,the research on the crime of sexual assault on minors and the remedy for the assaulted legal interests means not only helping the assaulted minors to get out of the psychological shadow and get back into the society,but also establishing a supervision system of potential high-risk subjects of sexual assault and the infringer group with criminal records.Effective aids and supervision system are of great importance in the study of the crime of sexual assault on minors.In addition,during the study of the crime of sexual assault on minors,the theory on it has to be discussed and perfected.Legislation can be the ultimate guarantee against sexual assault on minors.However,at present,in China,cracking down on such crimes is still basically at the level of case-by-case solutions.There is no systematic and feasible evaluation standard and strength,punishment is generally lenient,and there are bigger differences in case results,which eventually lead to the fact that the infringer does not get the punishment he deserves.Relative consistency at the theoretical level and the evaluation standard and yardstick with wide acceptance are of great significance in punishing the violation of minors' sexual rights.
