Since the 1990s,Taiwan has carried out a series of "constitutional reforms." This article mainly starts with the case of "abolishing the National Congress" and the case of "refined Province".First,we can recognize the "Constitution of the Republic of China" and "Sun Yat-sen's ideology",and then probes into the implementation history of these two Organization in Taiwan. From the times of Chiang Kai-shek's junta;facing political and academic challenges after democratization, and eventually abolished under the escort of politicians and scholars led by Li Denghui. After the Democratic Progressive Party came to power in 2016,The "new Authoritarian"is just out of surface. However, the jurists who has been advocating the democracy and nomocracy in Taiwan region, now either remain silent or change past theories. It can also prove that the "constitutional reform" in the Taiwan region is ostensibly democratic. In fact,it is a "de-legalization" and "de-Sinicization" action carried out by "Taiwan independence" forces on Taiwan society.By undermining the Constitution of the "Republic of China" and the "Sun Yat-sen's ideology," it also undermines the perception of "one China" among the people of Taiwan. Now their actions have also proved that democracy advocated by the Taiwan independence forces is nothing more than a weapon against the KMT.When the KMT was defeated, democracy and constitutionalism were no longer needed.
