Party Organization Participate In Governance,Management Self-discipline And Companyperformance Research

The status of Party organization governance is established by the company law and the rules of the communist party of China,party organization of the state-owned enterprise participate in corporate governance is also China's unique characteristics,the party organization governance will inevitably cause a corresponding change of the corporate governance structure,thus has a far-reaching influence to enterprise's development strategy,etc.Face to establish modern enterprise system in the current brings about the enormous challenges to the state-owned enterprises,how to make the party organization of state-owned enterprises more effectively participate in governance,bring the role of political core to the ascending corporate performance and what their path to improve enterprise performance is,are the the research meanings of this paper.Based on the Shanghai and shenzhen A shares in 2010-2016 in the selected state holding listed companies as samples,the empirical result shows how the governance of state-owned enterprise party organization influences the management self-discipline and corporate performance,and the mediation effects of management discipline between the party organization governance and corporate performance relationship.In this paper,the research results show that the state-owned enterprise party organization governance helps to improve company performance and management of self-discipline,reducing the on-the-job consumption level of the enterprise,and the mediation effects of management self-discipline between the party organization governance and corporate performance is weak.In this paper,the research results show that the meaning of the construction and reform of the state-owned listed company party organization,and so on,can promote the state-owned enterprise party construction smoothly,also provide the more detailed literature for other scholars.In the same time,this paper study the transmission mechanism of the effect of the party organization governance to the company performance,thus further enrich the research of corporate performance.
