A Study On How People Who Work For Civil Service Posts Apply Their Leisure Time

As our economy develops rapidly,leisure has been transformed into the future of society,and China's "leisure time" has arrived.This paper conducts research and analysis through the methods of literature and materials,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Starting from the research topic of leisure time,this paper selects 10 representative central government departments in unit G(which is responsible for the training of various ministries and commissions and party schools),and carries out a questionnaire on their work and leisure time and occupation of leisure.This paper analyzes the differences and influencing factors of various leisure factors in combination with the characteristics of people with higher education and stable income,and fills the gap in the research on leisure life of public servants in China,so as to provide certain basis and reference for the decision-making of relevant departments.According to the statistics and analysis of the data,the following conclusions are drawn: the age distribution of the staff of the state organs is mainly composed of young and middle-aged people aged 31-50,and the overall educational background is relatively high.85.5% of the national office working personnel think that their own lack of leisure time,national office working personnel leisure time of 2.35 hours per day,can enjoy paid vacation accounted for only 43% of normal.Leisure activity of that staff of state organ pay attention to physical exercises,diversity,imbalance,pursuit of cultural connotation and small amount of movement;Leisure activity organization is organize by that primary organization,the regularity of collective activity is lack,and the leisure object is characterized by the value of affection and friendship in the choice of leisure object;Due to the characteristics of leisure activities,the amount of leisure time and traffic conditions,the leisure time of different leisure time periods is the most popular,and the leisure time is distributed on weekdays,weekends and holidays.The range of leisure activity from weekdays to holidays is a tendency to expand from the inside to the outside of the city;The staff of state organs,which are of different age,education,gender,work,etc.,appear to be on the basis of the above-mentioned aspects.In view of the subjective and objective factors that limit their development,this study proposes the following Suggestions: government departments and institutions shall take the lead in implementing the policy for safeguarding citizens' rest and leisure.From individual,family,society three aspects to promote the formation of the national office working personnel of the correct leisure,carries out the leisure time;Relevant units and departments shall be encouraged and encouraged to increase their publicity and organizational strength,and to carry out collective sports and recreational activities regularly;To promote the development and upgrading of leisure products with cultural connotation and experience service,the diversified types,forms of high knowledge,learning type and culture leisure products can meet the personal emotional demands and mental needs of the staff of the state organs to a large extent.
