A Research Of The Interaction Between The Current International System And China’s Rise

The interaction between the currunt international system and China’s rise is one of the significant subjects of research on international relations.Studying the problem systemaly and deeply is significant for us to grasp the substantive characteristic of the current international system,promote the current international system more imparitial and reasonable,creat a peaceful and stable external environment.The influence of the current international system to China’s rise is dual.On one hand,the rapid rise of China benefits from the current international system to a large extent;on the other hand,the unfair and unreasonable factors of the current international system will bring some hidering effects to China’s rise.China’s rise will also promote the constant transformation and change of the current international system for which America,the dominate country of the current international system gets more preventive and vigilant.Analyzing deeply and dealing well with the interaction between the current international system and China’s rise not only relates with success or failure of China’s great rejuvenation,but also influences the peace and stabilization of international society deeply.This article builds an analyzing frame of the interaction between the current international system and China’s rise and devides international system into three aspects:international system structure,international system institution and international system culture.Besides,it also discusses the interaction between these three elements and China’s rise.The current international system structure,the current international system institution and the current international system culture not only have promoting effect on China’s rise,but also have negetive effcet.Meanwhile,China’s constant rise will also promote change and trasformation of the current international system structure,the current international system institution and the current international system culture.China’s foreign policy and foreign practice suggest that China’s rise will not threaten the world peace and will not overturn the current international system.On the contray,China’s rise will promote the current international system more impartial and reasonable and also promote the world more peaceful and stable.As a constructor of the current international system,China will play its role of a responsable power sufficiently,assume international responsibility what can match its power actively,provide appropriate public goods for international society,promote the change and transformation of the current international system actively and creat a more peaceful and stable external environment for China’s rise.
