Research On The Construction Of Social Crime Prevention And Control System

With the constant development of the market economy,the flow of population,property and materials keeps aggravating,all kinds of instability factors are on the rise,and the situation of social crime prevention and control becomes increasingly severe in major cities of China.In the current social environment,how to better maintain and stabilize the social order and create a favorable condition for the development of national economy and the realization of modernization turns to be an important topic requiring the constant reflection and exploration of public security organs.By focusing on the goal of'improving the social governance capacity',cities across the country are actively exploring the construction and perfection of crime prevention and control system.in 2016,H city focused on constructing the social crime prevention and control system featuring overall prevention and control,three-dimensional prevention and protection,and layer-by-layer filtering with H as the target of the construction of a secure city,to guarantee the stability of social order,and it will provide valuable experience for the research on the further perfection of crime prevention and control system.In order to improve the crime prevention and control system and social governance capability,firstly,this paper analyzes the related concepts and basic theories on crime prevention and control,clarifies its development course and basic frame and briefs the status quo of the crime prevention and control system of China's major cities.Then,this paper takes the crime prevention and control system of H city as an example and explores the main problems in it.Last but not the least,specific suggestions are proposed for improving the function fulfillment of public security organization and for implementing construction and practice on crime prevention and control system in China.
