Since Joko Widodo's administration come to Indonesia President in 2014,elevating the maritime strategy through Global Maritime Fulcrum(GMF)initiative is in deep emphasized.By awareness of such potential maritime state,the Indonesian maritime history,abundant natural resources,strategic position,and diplomacy,trigger Indonesia to achieve its maritime goals.The evoking maritime within this initiative summons other Asian region countries and Southeast Asia to respond,particularly China as emerging power in last decades.As Indonesia and China on reviving maritime,coincides with the establishment of the Belt and Road Initiative by China.Indonesia-China relations maritime strategies in the perspective GMF are depicted on strengthening both countries in any partnerships.Therefore,this research is intended to see how Indonesia-China relations will be positioned by Indonesia Global Maritime Fulcrum.This study is initially thought up in order to delve and to strengthen the bilateral relationship between both countries in maritime strategy which can manage the stability in Asia-Pacific region.Hence,the implementation of its initiative related to Indonesia-China bilateral cooperation involved marine security,settlement of South China Dispute,marine construction,marine economy and marine cultural exchange are provided in this research thesis.A comprehensive valid data,forum group discussions and deep analysis have been conducted according to complete the research.
