Research On The Protection Mechanism Of The Rights And Interests Of The Disabled Under The Concept Of Shared Development

In recent years,the cause of the disabled in China has developed rapidly,and the rights and interests of the disabled have been guaranteed.After the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China's development entered a new era.The main contradiction in Chinese society has been transformed into the contradiction between the growing needs of the people and the uneven development of the imbalance.Therefore,in the new period,the protection of the rights and interests of the disabled is also facing a series of challenges between the old and the new,and also facing the inadequately balanced contradiction of the protection of the rights and interests.It is necessary to protect the rights of the disabled,and to let the disabled participate and share the results of reform and opening up equally.In the new period,it is necessary to share the development to solve the challenges and contradictions in the protection of the rights and interests of the disabled.In the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the CPC Central Committee's proposal for the thirteenth five year plan for the development of national economy and social development was adopted by the CPC Central Committee.Five development ideas of innovation,coordination,green,open and shared are put forward for the first time.Based on the concept of shared development,to study the new requirements for the protection of the rights and interests of the disabled in the new period,and from the perspective of social security,rehabilitation,employment,education and barrier free environment for disabled persons,this paper studies and analyzes the rights and interests of disabled people,and studies the achievements of disabled people in social security and services in China.Through Xinjiang,deaf learning difficult,mentally enslaved worker disabled false employment and social hot events,analysis of the causes of the rights of the disabled is still backward in china.The paper discusses the perfection of the rights and interests protection mechanism for the disabled under the concept of shared development.It is hoped that through the study,the government can provide useful experience in the development of the disabled.
