Study On Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education To Promote Anti-corruption And Build A Clean Government

The fourth plenary session of the party’s 18 officially proposed "form from corruption,not corruption,don’t want to corrupt the effective mechanism of",the party clearly put forward in the report to the 19th "current,complex combat corruption situation is still grim,consolidate the overwhelming trend,and the determination to win a landslide victory must be strong." The building of a clean and clean government and the fight against corruption have achieved an overwhelming momentum and major achievements have been made in comprehensively strictly governing the party.As an important part of the party’s comprehensive strict governance,the work of anti-corruption and anti-corruption is of vital importance to the survival of the party and the country.With the deepening of the party’s overall strict governance,the prison for fear of corruption is being tightened.The system of non-corruption has taken shape.In this paper,based on the ideological and political education in close contact and anti-corruption work,by comparing the domestic and foreign research present situation,the analysis of the problems existing in the ideological and political education work in anti-corruption and reason,put forward the corresponding countermeasure,to promote the development of anti-corruption work.In this paper,the problems of ideological and political education in the current anti-corruption campaign mainly include that public officials have not set up a correct outlook on life.The essence of anti-corruption spirit has not been effectively implemented at the grassroots level.The consciousness of fault-tolerance and error correction of anti-corruption workers is weak.Anti-corruption campaigners ignore the ideological and political views of those under investigation.The education level of ideological and political work of anti-corruption workers is uneven.Education method of ideological and political science is simple and lacks depth.The implementation of education in ideological and political affairs is formalized in the anti-corruption campaign.After analyzing the causes of the above problems,the following conclusions are drawn:public officials lack ideal and belief;Public officials have less work,less mistakes,less accountability;The status of grassroots public officials holding multiple posts influences their attention to ideological and political education.The spirit of anti-corruption workers is insufficient;The ideological transformation of anti-corruption workers lags behind;Do not adapt to the impact of new media on traditional education mode;The complexity of education in anti-corruption and building a clean government.In view of the above problems and causes,the following measures can be taken:to help public officials establish a firm ideal and belief;Demonstrate the role of education as an example to guide the self-consciousness of public officials;Multiple education methods were adopted to conduct ideological and political education for public officials.Primary party committee to strengthen the anti-corruption and clean-hearted political work attention;Improve the effect of education in ideological and political affairs by using various carriers;Improve the ideological and political education connotation in anti-corruption campaign;To raise the ideological awareness of anti-corruption workers;Change the thinking mode of education workers in ideological and political affairs;Improving the working methods of anti-corruption workers;We will improve the knowledge system for anti-corruption and anti-corruption workers.The innovation point of this paper is mainly innovation in the topic selection,exploring the role of ideological and political work in the work of anti-corruption and anti-corruption,and revealing the relationship between the two.Is another view of innovation,and puts forward the fault tolerant error correction mechanism through the establishment of anti-corruption work to encourage national public servants,especially the anti-corruption workers bold innovation of the ideological and political methods,and transformation of the mode of thinking and exploring new experience and new model of anti-corruption work.
