A Study Of Enhancing The Work Efficiency Of Investigating Corruption Cases Of The Discipline Inspection And Supervision Departments

After the 18 th CPC National Congress, the requirements of anti-corruption efforts from the Central is continue to increase in order to curb the spread of corruption momentum, the focus of the work is reducing the stock of corruption and curb corruption by increasing the intensity of investigating cases. In recent years, the number of cases investigated by the discipline inspection and supervision organs is continued to increase. The discipline inspection and supervision organs clean up and eliminate the received clues during the past years, the number of handling case is geometrically growth in most of the region. However, with increasing efforts and strength for the cases there are many drawbacks in some aspects do not adapt the current situation appear for discipline inspection and supervision organs during the work which influence the investigation efficiency greatly.In this article, in order to find a method to enhance the work efficiency of discipline inspection and supervision organs in investigating corruption cases. First, research the relevant policies and aggregate analyze the data by review investigating cases of corruption in recent years, summed up the investigating corruption cases model and characteristic of several typical cases of corruption in recent years. Secondly, study the advanced concepts, methods of work of Western anti-corruption institutions on the basis of reading a large number of documents with the purpose of giving us some enlightenment and reference. Third, analyze the factors influence on investigating corruption cases efficiency. Finally, this article expound the method of enhancing the investigating cases of corruption efficiency of the discipline inspection organs by focus on the discipline inspection and supervision organs internal, coordination between the discipline inspection and supervision organs and related handling units, coordination between the discipline inspection and supervision organs and the relevant functional departments with the practical operational and forward-looking.
