An Analysis On The Civil Cases From The First Part Of The Key Records Of Zhili High Court

Influenced by the western law system,the government of the Republic of China take the legal reform and modify some legal documents.The Records of Zhili High Court is an application of the civil laws' theories and practices.Starting from the judicial system reform in the early years of the republic of China,this paper presents an introduction of Zhili High Court and The Key Records of Zhili High Court.Then an analysis on the trial basis of these civil cases is carried out from the perspective of law,custom,juridical logic and emotive reason.At last,some practice value to Chinese modern justice reform is concluded.
