The Practice Research Of Xi Jinping New Concept Of Development For All In Guangxi

Since the party's 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has persisted in and developed the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,further explored the laws of socialist development,and new concept and strategy for governing the country have come into being,giving shape to Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Comrade Xi Jinping come up with the concept of development for all for the first time at the Fifth Plenary Session of the18 th Communist Party of China Central Committee.The new concept of Development for all that puts people first.What is embodied in this new concept is that people is the first and foremost driving force for social development.In addition,it highlights the essential requirements of Chinese characteristics socialism,and it is a great innovative advancement made on the Marxism and scientific socialism.To arouse public awareness for shared development,to put ideas of shared development into practice,and to persist in development are all to benefit the people because the realization of development rests with the people and the fruits of development must be accessible to all the people by giving full play to the people as the mainstay in social practice,and regarding the people's fundamental interests as the starting point and foothold of shared development,for the people are the creators of social wealth,and also the owners of social wealth.To develop according to the people's interest is the main driving force for the continued advancement of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This article is divided into three chapters: The first chapter gives introduction to the theoretical bases,scientific connotations and basic characteristics of Xi's New Concept of Development for all.The theoretical bases are mainly shared development ideas brought up by Marx,Engels and Lenin,and the innovative advancement on shared development ideas in Marxism made by the Chinese Communist Party;the scientific connotations are mainly shared development in an all-round way,shared development for all,shared development by all and gradual shared development;the basic characteristics are promotion of economic development as the basis and premise,the people-centered development as an essential feature,comprehensive and coordinated development as the fundamental method,and fairness as the inevitable requirement of shared development.The second chapter studies the new development for all in Guangxi,and summer the major achievements in economic growth,politically construction,social undertakings and improvement of people's livelihoods.Moreover,it delves into the major problems in the practice of in Guangxi and makes analysis about why they exist.The third chapter probes into the practical path and significance of Xi's New Concept of Development for all in Guangxi.In this chapter,proposition is made that theeconomic growth should be based on regional conditions and the basis for economic growth should be solidified;it is also advised in this chapter to deepen the reform in an all-around way and to build up a comprehensive system for shared development;to further arouse public awareness of shared development,to congregate forces for shared development,to greatly improve people's lives,and to put the concept of shared development into practical application from four practical aspects.The significance of the times is mainly to provide the Guangxi experience for the realization of shared development in the underdeveloped regions and explore a new path for the well-to-do recreation of the ethnic regions.
