Research On The Detection And Prevention Of Network Virtual Property Theft Cases

In recent years,with the continuous development of computer network technology,The network virtual property represented by Bitcoin,Wright coin and QQ coins is becoming more and more public,And because of its special value,it gradually becomes the new thing that attracts much attention.At the same time,social use of computer network technology theft of virtual property cases frequently occurred,and increasingly rampant,The problems such as protecting virtual property and cracking down on virtual property are becoming prominent.However,due to the technical and virtualized features of such cases,it is difficult to detect the cases,so that the cases can be solved with thorns.In this paper,the author tries to grasp the methods and characteristics of such cases,and puts forward the detection countermeasures according to the current development trend of science and technology,and from the perspective of prevention,the method of preventing such crimes is put forward.This paper takes virtual property theft crime as the research object.Besides the introduction and conclusion,it is divided into five parts.The first part is an overview of virtual property theft cases,Firstly,by analyzing the definition of virtual property by different scholars,the connotation and characteristics of the virtual property discussed in this paper are defined.Then,according to the connotation of theft,combined with the actual cases of stealing virtual property,the concept of virtual property theft case was summarized.And make clear that this article does not go deep into the divergence of views on the nature of the theft of virtual property,and discusses the investigation and prevention measures of the crime of virtual property theft in practice in order to theft crime.The second part is about the crime of virtual property theft and the characteristics of the behavior.Such crimes' methods mainly based on hacking intrusion server,bump library attacks,write trojans,trap design web pages,the use of technical means such as external behavior to steal the victim of virtual property,It also includes some non-technical means,such as eavesdropping,peeping,and guarding the police.It also presents the characteristics of technology,specialization,virtualization,group management,industrialization and low cost.The third part is based on the crime methods and characteristics of virtual property theft,and analyzes the difficulties and difficulties in the investigation of virtual property theft cases.It is mainly manifested in the difficulty of finding clues,difficulty in filing and jurisdiction,difficulty in site exploration,difficulty in cooperation,and difficulty in professional technology.It lays the foundation for the investigation and prevention countermeasures.The fourth part is the focus of the thesis,that is to the virtual property theft case investigation countermeasures.with the second part 'methods and characteristics of virtual property theft as a foundation,combined with the third part is the investigation work difficulty and the current science and technology,the development trend of police,from clues,position control,field exploration,investigation of collaboration and the construction of professional team in targeted investigation countermeasures are put forward.The fifth part is the prevention of virtual property theft cases.Through such crime causes,the difficulty of prevention,and combined with the foreign advanced experience,from three aspects: the country,the operators,netizens personal practical preventive countermeasures are put forward,nip in the bud.
