Research On The Network Political Participation Of Citizens In The Context Of The Internet In China

Every technological revolution occurred in the history of mankind not only brought about tremendous changes in the economic field,but also had a great influence on the political life at that time.The rise of the Internet indicates the innovation and development of communication means and techniques.With its tremendous influence,it changes people's thinking and behavior patterns.After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee made the decision to reform and open,China's economic development speeded up rapidly and the level of economic development reached a new level.The rapid economic development has promoted changes in the social structure and has influenced the existing pattern of interests.It has affected the development of political life to some extent.With the development of Internet,the Internet society is rising,the Internet has become one of the main platforms for political participation of citizens because of its uniqueness.When citizens' participation needs in real political life cannot be realized,they will resort to the Internet and realize their political participation and interest expression through virtual media.And as a country with a long political tradition,as the Internet becomes more and more popular,the number of netizens continues to increase,and the imprint of the Internet in political life is deepening.Compared with the past,the value concept of political participation is particularly prominent in the context of the Internet.With the rapid development of Internet technology and the deepening awareness of citizen democracy in China,citizens' network political participation has emerged in the context of the Internet era,affecting different aspects of real political life,and gradually becoming a key reference variable of government's power and decision-making.At the same time,under the impetus of the network political participation,how does the government power work will also affect the development and continuation of network political participation.This article is divided into five chapters for discussion:The first chapter is introduction.The introduction mainly introduces the research origin of the thesis,explains the theoretical and practical significance of the study and the research methods used,and carefully reviews the domestic and foreign literature related to this thesis.At the same time,the related theoretical concepts based on this study are introduced.The second chapter mainly introduces the background of the rise of network political participation in China.The author analyzes it in two aspects:objective and subjective.The third chapter mainly reviews three typical events of citizen online political participation in the current.Through the introduction of typical cases,the author tries to analyze the cases in the order of time.The cases are analyzed in a simple narrative way to restore the intuitive process.The fourth chapter mainly evaluates the impact of citizens' network political participation.Through careful combing of specific cases,the positive impacts and negative influence of citizens' network participation are interpreted.Combined with examples,the reasons for the problems are discussed in depth.The fifth chapter is the reflection and discussion part of the full text In response to the issues raised in the previous article,in order to guide the orderly development of citizens' network political participation in the context of the Internet,we should reflect on how the government should act in the process of citizen's participation and try to put forward more feasible approaches from the three levels of system,citizen and technology.
