Young Pioneers Education is an important component of Socialist Education with Chinese Characteristics and the Young Pioneer Activity Class is a Normative and conventional way to implement Young Pioneers education.The Young Pioneer Activity Class has implemented the Young Pioneers education through a variety of learning activities.It not only highlights the training of the Young Pioneers in political enlightenment and organizational awareness,but also focuses on the moral cultivation and growth orientation of Young Pioneers.The learning activities design in Young Pioneers Activity Class is a prerequisite that Young Pioneers Activity Class has implemented orderly and effectively.This paper,under the inspiration of the activity theory,divides the learning activities in the young pioneers activity class into cognitive activities,creative activities,practical activities,and amusement performance activities on the subject and object dimensions;young pioneer-young pioneer communication activities and young pioneer-young pioneer counselor communication activities on the subject and subject dimension;Self-reflective activities on subject and self dimension.Besides,combining the study on the design of learning activities and the characteristics of Young Pioneer Activity Course,learning activities design in Young Pioneers Activity Class are divided into theme design,goal design and learning activity process design.This paper takes 20 primary school young pioneers activity classes as the research object,through class observation and interviews with some young pioneer counselors to analyze the current situation of the learning activities design in primary school Young Pioneers activity class.The survey results show that the following problems exist in the theme design:lack of systematic themes,lack of balance in the theme content,and lack of respect for the autonomy of the young pioneers in thematic formulation;the following problems exist in the goal design:lack of capacity goals and ignoring the harmonization of three-dimensional goals,the goal statement is not specific with low observability and operability,and lack of consideration of the psychological characteristics of young Pioneers;the following problems exist in the learning activity process design:lack of diversity in learning activity types,lack of correlation between learning activities,and lack of participation in learning activities.There are many reasons for the above problems,including the lack of expertise of Young Pioneers counselors,the immature development of Young Pioneers activity classes,and the marginalization of Young Pioneers activity classes in school teaching.To optimize the learning activities design in Young Pioneers Activity Class,we can start from the following aspects:Raise the professional qualities of Young Pioneers counselors in multiple channels,and strengthen the construction of Young Pioneers Activity Class in multiple directions.In addition,specific suggestions include that the theme of the activity class should be started from a small place,the objectives of the activity class should be embodied,and learning activities should break the misunderstanding of performance.Expecting to provide a valuable reference for The learning activities design in Young Pioneers Activity Class.
