Content:Primary school is the children thought consciousness,moral habits,psychological qualities,such as preliminary formation stage,it is an important stage in the development of life.Young pioneers organization as the survival of primary school students,to provide the guarantee of the healthy growth.Young pioneers activity curriculum as a unique activity,moral behavior habit of young pioneers,the formation of ideology,and love the simplicity of socialism the cultivation of emotion,the comprehensive and healthy development of the young pioneers plays a huge role.In September 2015,issued by the ministry of education and secondary revision of the"young pioneers activities curriculum guidelines(trial),clearly put forward the young pioneers activities as prescribed by the state compulsory activity,grade 1 to grade 2 arrange 1 class a week in the primary school.The implementation of the young pioneers activity conducted in reality has many problems,and greatly reduces their education actual effect,a negative impact on the development of the young pioneers,worthy of educators to in-depth study.The young pioneers activity curriculum is grasp the young pioneers organization attributes,through special organization form,the collective life and the way of activities for young children thought guiding activity curriculum.Young pioneers activity and other course school education supplement each other,complement each other,focusing on the training in the knowledge and skills to guide the healthy growth of children important ideology.This study on the basis of the young pioneers activities curriculum guidelines such as national policies and regulations and quality education theory,using investigation method,interview method,using the self-made survey tool "primary school the young pioneers activities curriculum implementation status questionnaire"(squadron instructor),the elementary school young pioneers activities curriculum implementation status questionnaire(brigade instructors use),the elementary school young pioneers activity curriculum problems existed in the interview outline(brigade counselors use),the primary school curriculum implementation present situation investigation,interview the young pioneers activities.Investigation object is dalian district primary school squadron instructor 130,group of 30,interview object is a great instructor 5 people,the young pioneers activities for elementary school curriculum with the theme of the content,form and carrier,motivation and evaluation as well as the problems in primary school the young pioneers activities curriculum research.The survey found that young pioneers activity curriculum is rich in topic selection,content lack of grade characteristic.Application of diversity,form unified,lack of grade for unity.Widely used incentive evaluation,lack of systemic evaluation mechanism.Primary school the young pioneers activities course theme and content lack of specification and guidance.The young pioneers counselors professional is not strong.The lack of guidance of superior departments training and school-based teaching and research,Such problems as lack of teaching resources.Thus specification topics and content,the young pioneers activities systematically the young pioneers activities curriculum evaluation mechanism,improve the level of the counselor specialization,carry out the young pioneers activity school-based teaching and research,enrich the young pioneers activities curriculum resources.
