| In recent years,with the rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles,the risk of road traffic accidents has greatly increased,and media organizations' reports on road traffic accidents have basically remained at the "post-event" level.In the era of big data,big data technology provides technical support for the early warning of road traffic accidents.Media organizations may also use big data technology to explore the characteristics and risk evolution laws of traffic accidents,and use their own communication channels to achieve the early warning function of the media,to improve the governance of social risks.The introduction part discusses the practical significance and theoretical significance of the research,and sorts out the domestic and foreign research status of media early warning,road traffic accident emergency management and related database construction.The first chapter of the thesis mainly analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the media early warning of road traffic accidents.It first emphasizes the social hazards of road traffic accidents and the early warning responsibilities that the media should undertake.Secondly,it is guided by the theory of causal chain of accidents.The feasibility of early warning and prevention of road traffic accidents under the protection of big data technology.The second chapter describes the basic situation of the road traffic accident database based on Xinhuanet's 2005-2015 news text,including the data acquisition method,data set construction principle,database operating environment,and data set construction standards.The third chapter focuses on the data mining and regular presentation of road traffic accident database.By analyzing the space-time characteristics,character characteristics and accident morphological characteristics of road traffic accidents,it summarizes the randomness,abruptness,regularity and periodicity of road traffic accidents,general characteristics of sociality and universality.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the social impact of road traffic accidents and causes of the disaster.First of all,from the perspective of social hazards of road traffic accidents and their derived hazards,the social impacts of road traffic accidents are analyzed;secondly,from the perspectives of the four factors of people,vehicles,roads and environment,the causes of road traffic accidents and four factors are analyzed.The interrelationships between the two have finally summed up the disaster-causing mechanism of road traffic accidents and provided data support for the road traffic accident media warning strategy.The fifth chapter takes the relevant data of Xinhuanet from 2005 to 2015 as the main reference.It analyzes the problems existing in the early warning of road traffic accidents in the media,such as non-standard information collection,weak information research and decision-making ability,and unobstructed information transmission channels.Correspondingly it proposes a solution to the problem,early warning strategies,and outlook on future warning patterns. |
