The Researchon Problems And The Countermeasures Of National Audit Results Announcement System

The implementation of the national audit results announcement system is an objective requirement for the development of democratic politics in China.Since the announcement of the first audit results announcement by the National Audit Office of People's Republic of China in 2003,our national audit results announcement system has accumulated a lot of successful experience during the practice of the past ten years,but some contradictions and problems should not be underestimated.This paper adopts the method of combination of theory and empirical study,using the system utility theory,take the Audit results announcement of Suzhou Audit 0ffice in the last 10 years and questionnaire data for example,analyzes the problems and the main reasons for problems.The paper wants to find out the crux of the problem and put forward the relevant policies and mechanisms suggestions,in order to provide reference for the reform of the national audit results announcement system.The innovation of this paper is to make use of the audit results announcement of local Audit 0ffice and the questionnaire for the implementation of the audit results announcement of the local audit office,and draw the questions and conclusions,has more practical guiding significance for the nationwide implementation of the national audit results announcement system.
