The rapid development of network economy makes the network competition between businesses,under the background of the produced new network ACTS of unfair competition,the behavior is one of the types of ACTS of unfair competition and have high technical,low into nature,behavior characteristics of concealment and victims' rights protection,on our country's network security and the market economic order has a huge negative impact.On November 4,2017,China's revised law on anti-unfair competition has added new and unfair competition behaviors to the Internet,and responded to the online competition order with The Times.But today's network times have changed,the way of competition is more and more complex,competition gradually from offline to online platform,therefore,wandering on the edge of the law of network new ACTS of unfair competition intensified,network enterprises to adopt such means to obtain illegitimate interests,network destroyed the fair competition order.It is obvious that China urgently needs to establish a perfect network anti-unfair competition law system.In this paper,based on the concept of a new type of ACTS of unfair competition,the basic theory,such as characteristics of frequent and the types of ACTS of unfair competition,analyzing the development of the Internet industry in China and the way of competition,combined with great influence in recent years,the network of new cases of unfair competition,to clarify our country in the legislative,judicial and administrative institutions,the problems existing in the three aspects and other country legal regulation related experience,to regulate the network competition environment have the practical value of legal regulation is put forward.
