The Difficulties And Ways Of Cultivating The Spirit Of The Craftsman In Higher Vocational Colleges

Following the March 2016 Premier Li Keqiang in the government work report,the first mention of the "artisan spirit" in October 2017 the general secretary at the nineteenth CPC National Congress once again pointed out to "construction of knowledge,skills and innovative labor force,promote the spirit of model workers and artisans spirit".It is clear that cultivating high-quality skilled talents with the spirit of the craftsman is the clear direction of the reform of Higher Vocational Education in China.This subject to the predicament and path to students to cultivate the spirit of craftsmen as the research object,to study the theory of artisan spirit,summed up its connotation from five aspects: professional spirit,occupation attitude,occupation morality,teacher spirit,innovative ideas and cooperation based on the perspective of summary method combined with literature research method,interview method and experience shows that the artisan spirit cultivation of Higher Vocational Students' dilemma: social value orientation despise occupation education;vocational training students occupation spirit;lack of power companies participating in the cooperation.And to explore effective measures to cultivate students' artisan spirit according to these difficulties,the implementation of the "school enterprise cooperation to bring the enterprises into teaching reform,combined with the implementation of the" modern apprenticeship "talent training mode reform,combined with implementation of Higher Vocational Course Ideological and political reform,promote bilateral cultural fusion joint.
