Research On The Cultivation Of Craftsmanship Spirit Of Vocational College Students In The New Era

High quality workers are an indispensable talent demand in China’s socialist modernization construction.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,cultivating high-quality workers has been fully valued by the country.In October2021,the "Opinions on Promoting the High Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education" was issued,proposing that vocational education should focus on the organic integration of ideological and political education and technical functional education.In October 2022,the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held,proposing the strategy of strengthening the country through talent and the requirements for building a modern industrial system.This has also raised new expectations and calls for the cultivation of high-quality talents.Currently,vocational education is constantly growing in development,receiving unprecedented attention and responsibilities.In this situation,how vocational and technical education should seize the opportunity and rise is a major challenge that is difficult to avoid.The spirit of craftsmanship is the soul of vocational education.Integrating it into ideological and political education in vocational colleges is a response to the question of what kind of people vocational education should cultivate,as well as an answer to how to cultivate high-quality workers.It also follows the instructions given by various levels of government agencies to vocational education.Therefore,this study focuses on exploring the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in ideological and political education in vocational colleges,in order to promote the implementation and development of craftsmanship spirit in vocational ideological and political education.The research will be conducted from the following aspects:Firstly,introduction.In this section,the author will elaborate on the research background,significance,current status,and relevant theories of craftsmanship spirit.To clarify the historical background of this research,clarify the basic logic of this research,and clarify the relevant concepts,basic requirements,and importance of cultivating the craftsmanship spirit of vocational college students in the new era,providing a foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,introduce the current situation of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship in a certain university in Changchun.This section mainly includes the achievements,problems faced,and reasons for the cultivation of students’ craftsmanship spirit in ideological and political education at this university.This will examine the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit from a practical perspective and gain insight into its true difficulties and needs.Thirdly,elaborate on strategies to improve the cultivation dilemma of craftsmanship spirit.This section is a summary of the above research,which integrates practice and theory.In this section,we will explore from four aspects: students,families,schools,and society,and develop strategies for cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship in vocational colleges,in order to promote the true implementation and development of the spirit of craftsmanship in vocational colleges.
