The Research On The Theory And Practice Of The Construction Of The People S Livelihood Of The Communist Party Of China(1978-1990)

From 1978 to 1990,the Communist Party of China realized the transition from the concept of'Class Struggle As The keystone" to the emphasis on the unity of Economic development and People's livelihood.Through the implementation of policies such as stabilizing social order,resolving the problem of food,clothing,housing,transportation,and rebuilding the education system and the social security system,the people have achieved their strategic goal of food and clothing,that they living standards have undergone a qualitative leap.It can be said that the historical process from 1978 to 1990 is the process of attaching importance to people's livelihood,building people's livelihood,and protecting people's livelihood.The research writes on the theory and practice of The Chinese Communist Party's construction of People's livelihood from 1978 to 1990.It mainly uses the methods of literature analysis,the unity of history and logic,analyzeing the theoretical basis of the People's livelihood construction of CCP during this period,that is,the People's livelihood though of classic Marxist writers,the People-oriented idea in Chinese traditional society,and the thought of People's livelihood in modern China.At the same time,by contrasting the conditions of people's livelihood during the"Cultural Revolution" period and before The Reform and Opening-up,it highlights the importance and necessity of safeguarding and improving people's livelihood.In terms of specific practices,the CPC's history of livelihood practices has been discussed in terms of the creation of a sound environment for livelihood building and the implementation of specific policies for people's livelihood construction.The basic contents of the theory of people's livelihood construction have been summarized.Finally,based on the experience and inadequacies of the construction of people's 'livelihood in this period,the author puts forward the inspiration for the theory and practice of the Chinese Communist Party's people's livelihood construction at this stage,hoping to provide some lessons for the successful realization of a new era of success and building a well-to-do society.
