Exploration&Analysis For Justice In Social Distribution Under Sharing Development Concept

For thousands of years,people concentrates and explores on the issue of distributive justice constantly.It is not only caused by people's subjective emotion,but also injustice existing in the society.Compared with one hundred years before,the society and economy develop rapidly,and people enjoy a great improvement of life quality.However,the problems in starting point justice,process justice and terminal point justice become more and more conspicuous,being obstacles in construction of harmonious society and the root causes of social conflicts.Under the guidance of sharing development concept,this paper describes the concept of distributive justice and dissects its evolution and development;clarifies the difference between justice and distributive justice;systematically teases out the distribution ideas of traditional Chinese Confucianism,Taoism,and Mohist,and distributive justice theories from Aristotle,Bentham,Rolls,Hayek,and Nozick,etc.;and elucidate Marxism distributive justice ideas and its development in modern China.By illustrating the intrinsic logic relation between sharing development concept and distributive justice,this paper reveals its intrinsic unification with distributive justice and research empirically the justice in social distribution combining the area background of Yanta district,Xi'an.Xi'an,an inland city,is located on "the second step" according to national geographic division.Compared with more developed cities,Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen,Xi'an is during economic boom.Therefore,the city is inevitable to face more problems of imperfect and inconsistent development.Therefore,it has more theoretical and realistic value to explore and analyze the problems of justice in social distribution in education,health care,employment,social security and individual income,etc;dissect distributive justice problems existing in current society from a macro perspective;and afterwards put forward multidimensional solutions targetedly.After the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of CPC,sharing development concept,one of the five development concepts during 13th Five-Year Plan,focuses on solving social equality and justice problems.This paper suggests that to promote justice in social distribution relies on integrating two principles of equality and contribution,and four aspects,the Party's leadership,the delivery of commitments from government,exertion of the public value,and strengthening of individual consciousness at sharing concept with Marxism's standpoints,viewpoints and methods,and unifying personal and group interests under the principle of equality,contribution and differential compensation.
