The Party and the World Dialogue is an international forum held in China from the beginning of 2014.This new forum can make the world people fully understand the thought of the Communist Party of China,thus offering a high-end,authoritative dialogue platform to the whole world for knowing China better.With the successful convening of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party and the World Dialogue in 2017 put more emphasis on communication between the political parties.Then CPC in Dialogue with World Political Parties High-level Meeting held in Beijing,which has aroused active attention and heated discussion from all walks of life.It is an important medium for direct transmission of the first hand information of the Communist Party of China.From the agenda of the conference,it is of innovativeness which combines research with investigation,which let the participants understand the Chinese reform and the real Communist Party of China comprehensively from different sides.The Party and the World Dialogue have been held successfully four times,causing great repercussion in society.The people of academics,politicians and the press even from all walks of life have expressed the hope that the dialogue can be of normalization,diversification and systematization,then become an authoritative and distinctive dialogue platform.This paper is divided into four parts,which are the theoretical basis,general situation,the effect of the dialogue and the enlightenment to China.First of all,this paper starts with the analysis of the necessity of the Party and the World Dialogue.Then reveals the overall impact to the various circles of society and effects of the four dialogues.At last,this paper makes an analysis of basic course and experience under the dialogue between the Party and the whole world with combining history and reality situations,expressing the future prospects for the development outlook of the dialogue,and summarizing a series of enlightenments which are beneficial to the further development of our country.Now China's reform is not completed,thedialogue between the Communist Party of China and the world will always be on the way.CPC in Dialogue with World Political Parties High-level Meeting held in 2017 is a revolving door for the interaction between the Communist Party of China and the outside world in the new era,so that we can enhance mutual understanding by means of turning the outside opinions into the inside and turning the information inside into the outside.The meeting proposed many common crisis that many countries around the world are facing now.China and other countries are living in the same earth with the common interests and the same fate.The idea of global governance requires all countries to implement thoroughly at the same time.Moreover,during the process of integrating global governance concepts into China's domestic development philosophy,especially the parties play the prominent role.With the participation of more and more political parties,the understanding between different parties and political organizations will be deepened.Therefore,the Party and the World Dialogue will also make a unique contribution to build a community with a shared future for mankind from the channels of the political party as an effective communication platform,and attract more and more countries and people in the world to join the ranks of this process.
